First and foremost: props to Geekvape on the OG Avocado RDTA. It remains a groundbreaking design and one that led to the many genesis-style RDTAs available today. The current crop of these RDTAs are simple to build, wick, fill, and use without leaking. I am a huge fan, and an avid single-coil vaper.

With the Serpent RDTA, Wotofo takes the Avocado 22 concept to the next level and paints a bullseye on the single-coil wish list with a wide-open, single-coil deck and large and adjustable bottom airflow, and those clamps will accept massive coils.

The ultem drip tip adapter will accept any 510 tip, and is a nice touch that should help insulate the included stainless steel tip from excess heat. Of course you may want to use the included wide-bore tip for bigger airflow.

As with the single-coil Serpent Mini RTA, I’m thinking that Wotofo kept the diameter of the Serpent RDTA at 22mm to reduce the chamber size and enhance flavor. If this Serpent lives up to it’s potential, I will happily trade capacity for flavor but if it doesn’t, the question may forever be: Why not 24mm with a larger tank?

Either way, I won’t be a bit surprised to see a Serpent 24 RDTA on the heels of this model, and why not? It looks like a great RDTA that will have single coil users rejoicing.
